UQ displays at Ipswich Show

The University of Queensland will have a presence at the Ipswich Show, with a stand in the main pavilion on Thursday, Friday and Saturday May 7, 8 and 9 from 9am to 9pm.

University staff will be available to discuss courses to be offered at the new UQ Ipswich campus to open in February 1999, as well as courses at the University's St Lucia and Gatton campuses.

Most courses to be offered at UQ Ipswich will be new both to the campus and the University.

They include the following bachelors degrees: contemporary studies; electronic commerce; business (communication); business (general); business (leisure management); business (property studies); business (tourism management); business (travel management); information environments; social science; and education (graduate entry).

A bachelor of behavioural science degree will also be offered at UQ Ipswich from the year 2000.
