Leadership study volunteers needed

8 November 2005

University of Queensland researchers need full-time, part-time or casual workers to be surveyed for an Australian Research Council (ARC) Discovery funded project investigating effective leadership in the workplace.

Participants will be asked to complete a one and a half to two hour survey asking questions about their leader, job and life in general.

They need to supply their work supervisor`s email address as a 10-minute confidential, voluntary survey is emailed to that person.

Participants will receive $20 and the researchers will donate $10 to the Starlight Foundation if a survey is completed by their supervisor.
