Call for UQ Centenary performers

The University of Queensland Centenary Secretariat is seeking expressions of interest from performers of all types to take part in the UQ Centenary Celebration Day on April 18, 2010.

From MCs to jugglers, and rock stars to thespians; whatever your talent, if you would like to take part send through a paragraph outlining your proposed performance to centenary@uq.edu.au

The UQ Centenary Celebration Day will be a celebratory day for the entire Brisbane community to enjoy.

It’s anticipated a variety of different activities covering a wide range of interests will take place, free of charge to the community, on the St Lucia campus.

Other UQ Centenary events for 2010 include the Alumni Reunion Weekend on July 2, 3 and 4, and an Oration Series that will run throughout the year.
